People will heave a sigh of relief as raining seasons pack it's load and go...
Most areas are prone to flood , unfortunately there are no good drainage system
Yearn in, , year out, the experience remain the same and people remain helpless .
What is the duty of government in all of this?
It is a matter of time , raining seasons would soon be here..
Government have the duty to rebuild dilapidated drainage system, put adequate measure in place to combat flood.
Citizens also should not block water channels with waste .
Combating flood is a joint responsibility between the leaders and the led.
Many lives and property have been lost to this perennial challenges .A concrete measures should be taken..
