The judgement is sound , though it will not serve as detterent to other criminals out there
After Evans was apprehended , the kidnapping " business" had soared
Criminals only think about what they stand to gain, they are not interested in what the consequences of what their action will be..
One of the ways to reduce kidnapping and other crimes is provision of employment.
