Masten Wanjala, a child serial killer in Kenya must have escaped from police detention, however he met his waterloo in the hands of mobs .
Life was snuffed out of him after his planned escape from police detention....
He had confessed to have killed more than ten children,,
What is the motives?
Nobody could tell since he would not be around to have his days in court.
Government should be alive to their responsibility to forestall incident like this.
I asked, how did he escape from police custody?
Police officers who allowed him to escape should be treated as accomplice to serve as deterrents to others.
