What is it that we have not seen or heard.

Audit report shows that 178,459 arms were missing from police amoury.

Topping the list of missing arms is AK 47 rifles,  88,078 AK 47 have developed legs and walk away.

Government is fighting insecurity on one hands, on the other hands , they were equipping criminals with arsenals of wars.

Nigeria we hail thee....

Investigation has been launched into how those arms disappear from the amoury.

Nigeria is being run aground and we hope there will be some pieces left after 2023.

Vandals roasted while attempting to steal electrical cables.

Ready to make money by hook or crook. A vandal was electrocuted while trying to steal electrical cables.

Vandals are enemies of the state and they are driven by greed .

Resident woke up to see the roasted meat dangling on the pole.

What a life!

Whistle blowing and crime reduction

Intelligence gathering will enhance the work of law enforcement agencies, if they are dead serious to fighting crimes.

Now, if you report to law enforcement someone who does shady business .You will be shock that your identity will be reveal to the suspect and the life of whistle blower will be endanger.

If you see something, say something.....

That is a slogan ...

Police authority most of the time are not discreet with information . Most of these criminals are gentle men in their neighborhood .Nobody knows what they do for a living. You will just discover they live big, with no traceable source of income.

Out society does not encourage whistle blowing . unfortunately, for effective policing, intelligence gathering is key .

There are individuals that lives in the outskirts of the cities that are privy to certain information that will help law enforcement agencies, but unfortunately, law enforcers could not be trusted

It is a sorry case....

Kidnapping along Lagos -Ibadan Express way.

Incidences of kidnapping along Lagos -Ibadan Express in the past few weeks is an indication that South-West which was adjudged the safest region is being infiltrated by these criminal elements .

Kidnappers in military uniform had a field day on that road, there was no one to challenge them .Probably the commissioner of police in Ogun state is on sabbatical leave.

If proactive measures is not put in place to drive these criminals further into the forest .Then there will be trouble in the South West.

Lagos Ibadan Express way is one of the busiest road, and if government can't guarantee safety of travellers on that roads, the effects can be better imagined than experience.

The hot spot has been identified by those who escaped by the whiskers .I expect government to swing into action and ensure there is no recurrence of what happened some days ago
