Newly purchased train on fire

 

One of the newly acquired train was on fire and it is unfortunate that there is no single fire extinguisher on the train to quench the fire.

If motorist could be penalized for not carrying extinguisher in their vehicle, how much more a commercial train.

This is rather unfortunate  and it speaks volume of the handlers of the train services.
