The culture of taking picture or recoding  when people are in dire strait leaves much to desire.

We are gradually loosing our sense of emotions  as human .. People prefers to take picture than  rescuing accidents victims...

Some of the victims of recent bank robbery attack  could have been rescued if help had come to them on time.  Citizens would rather mind their business than taking accidents victims to hospital .

Our emergency agencies needed to be resuscitated and citizens needed to be re assure that they will not get into any trouble by assisting accidents victims or gun shot victims .

Police authority play a very hostile role in all this, they look for any opportunity to extort people who are trying to be human by assisting victims .

Citizens become enervated and they are discourage whenever they are privilege to assist victims.

Bamise may still be alive after she was pushed down from that BRT bus. Nobody came to her rescue ..

The difference between human and animals is emotions .If  care is not taken , gradually we become emotionless and our humanity would be gone..
