Accidents do happen, sometimes some accident could be prevented if necessary precaution is taken 

The parents of  Ajibola Heritage would not forget the sudden departure of their daughter for a very long time .

While removing her clothes from the line, she slipped into the open soak away and later gave up the ghost.That is an avoidable accident .

Open soak away is a death trap, man hole on our roads are also death trap.

Management of the institution have failed in their duty to protecting lives of students under their custody ..

Whose duties is it to fix dilapidated structure  .Most of the hostel in our universities is in a state of decrepit.

I have seen storey building without iron bars preventing anyone from accidentally falling off.

On few occasions, you will see children playing on such building.

We keep  handling  safety with levity .

If the school authority had been alive to their responsibility of promptly fixing failing structures. Heritage would still be here.

Unfortunately, we don't learn from history .Event keep repeating itself as if we are dumb heads.
