The foundation of Nigeria police force is faulty, I guess. Former IG of police, Mr Tafa Balogun was sent to prison during Olusegun Obasanjo administration.
Rank and files in the police force are mentor by the senior officers . Corruption trickle down from top to the bottom .
Abba Kyari must have disappointed those who thought he was a saint not those who understand how corrupt our system is.
Why would a complainer be the one to pay for writing materials at the police station.
You will see it written at every police station you visit that bail is free. Has it ever be free?
A corrupt system must surely churned out corrupt personnel.
There are many corrupts officers in the police force...
For effectiveness, the system needed to be overhauled.
