Government who neglected larger percentage of his citizens and allow them to wallow in poverty is just postponing the evil days...
We build roads and barricade it with expensive aluminum rail barrier . By the following day, all the rails are gone. Vandals have removed them and vehicles that drive on such roads are prone to accident .
Things we change when government begins to think.....
