Why Amotekun corps are not performing ..

Amotekun corps was set up in the South West to fights criminality .Their collaborations or synergy With police authority was meant to reduce alarming crime rates.

Unfortunately, aside from Amotekun corps in Ondo state who have shown dexterity and zeal to combating crime, Amotekun corps in other states are sleeping..

Amotekun in Ibadan were alleged to have form partnership with road safety corps to prosecute traffic offenders .Sometimes, they were  contacted to force debtors to pay their creditors ..

Is this one of the objectives of setting up the unit.

Governor Rotimi Akeredolu has never triviliased issue of security and it shows in the success recorded by Amotekun ...

His colleagues in other states are not so serious about security of life and property...

The former governor of Oyo state did extremely well to secure the states ....

Amotekun is sub state police, if state can not manage it well, obviously state police will be a waste of resources and time..

I am just nobody..

Little wonder, a young soldier accepted proposal from a male corp member at NYSC camp in Kwara....

Military authority frowned at her conducts and she was detained ......They claimed it is against military ethics to do such...

Incidentally, some male soldiers have proposed openly to their non soldier spouse in the full glare on social media..

None of them have been detained ....

What is good for the goose is good for the gander . .....Or is military law discriminatory?
