Activities of Shell in Nembe and attendant poverty..

Reps committee visited Nembe for on the spot assessment..

The people of Nembe are poor already, unfortunately,  activities of Shell has made them poorer.

The recent spillage from Shell has destroyed their vegetation, and their source of livelihood grossly affected. 

How adequately can these people be compensated? The environs is toxic and the effects of spillage is devastating on the people of Nembe..

Shell can only do this here and get away with it . Time will tell if it would continue like this .

What becomes of people of Nembe?

Has there been any palliatives shipped to that region to ameliorate pains of suffering masses.

We allow our people to be dehumanized..

This is unfair...

We build roads and barricade it with  expensive aluminum rail barrier . By the following day, all the rails are gone. Vandals have removed them and vehicles that drive on such roads are prone to accident .

Fake News

There are many fake news online .One of the fake news is that FG told Civil Servants not to expect December salary on time..

Government had since came out to debunked the statements . The statements is disparaging and the motive was to make government object of derision .

Nigeria government is not broke, but along the line they have borrowed money from CBN to pay salary .

Also, it is an open secret that some billions of naira was printed some months ago..

Our debt service to revenue ratio was as high as 73percent..

Another challenge we are confronted with is Lies ...
