She look rather too innocent to  have committed any offences let alone murder. The Super Tv boss met his untimely death in the hands of young Unilag undergraduate.

I wonder what will be going on in the mind of the parents!  Children are sent to schools to learn, unfortunately their interest is else where.

There are many Chidinma out there, they are the Oloshos of this world.  She met the deceased about four months ago and the duo have been having illicit affairs.

 The law would have to take its course, also parents should go extra miles to monitor their wards.

It is rather unfortunate that a twenty one year old could have the guts to kill, it is pathetic.

Nigeria in New York celebrate Egungu Festival

I watched the video of Yorubas in New York celebrating egungu festival(masquerade)..

I am surprised that such festival could be organized in developed country of the world

Watching the video closely, I did not see anybody brandishing dangerous weapon or causing mayhem ..

Nigeria is rich culturally, but poverty and government insensitivity to things that matters have re wtitten our history

A popular masquerade call Ololu must attack someone anytime he is out. His followers are violent and innocent people are harmed in the melee.

We should be careful how we run things .

NIN Management needs more servers ..

I am a bit taken aback to have read that N.I.N management is requesting for 25billion naira to purchase additional servers for the registrations of more applicants

According to the news, 53 million Nigerians have been registered already.

I wonder why they were hurrying people and threatening to bar people from the air space, but in actual facts they don't have all it takes to absorb every applicants.

What would be the fate of those who are yet to register ? Will they have to wait until the servers are procured ?

It is obvious that the take off of the exercise was shoddy.

Ecowas court ruled against government..

 If  ECOWAS court had not ruled.........

 Would they have arrest and prosecuted  violators. If they do, on what premises would they prosecute them.

 Government has gone too far in banning Twitter...

 The earlier they lift the ban, the better it is for us as a country...

Our battered image needed to be repaired as quickly as possible..

Ban on  Twitter portray our dear country in a bad light.

Spike in crimes

There is an obvious spike in crimes and criminality. These criminals are taking advantage of loopholes in our security architecture.

Whenever they struck they leave behind trail of blood and anguish. At times we find it difficult to know which group that is unleashing the attack.

We have coined names such as bandits, terrorist and unknown gunmen any time we are referencing them.

Government is still shying away from their responsibility of protecting lives and properties.

All hands must be on deck to defeating terrorism.

 I marveled whenever bandits mention their ransom .....

The humongous amount they place on their victims is  disturbing. People who have not seen money before asking for as much as #800 million .

Where on earth do they want the families of their victims to source for the money.

Political class corrupt lifestyle must have spurs these criminal elements ....An average politicians is corrupt and insensitive . They share our commonwealth in their caucus meetings forgetting the facts that impoverish masses will someday fight back.     

I know Mr President would not relieve Minister of communication and digital economy Dr Pantami of his duty.

Mr President hates to be told whom to sack or confirm.  Not until he was ready to let service chiefs go despite abysmal performance. He snubbed every one calling for their removal.

Pantami should not exercise any fear, his job is secured. Mr President is a non conformist.

Though, in a clime that is sane, people utterances will determine if they will be eligible to hold public offices.

Speeches made by political office holders in the past has not stop them politically. Speeches such as monkey and  baboon would be soak in  blood..
